Vivo introduced Apex 2019 first smartphone with no ports

Vivo has announced its new smartphone, the Apex 2019, during a special event in Hong Kong.

The company said it’s a new phone, operating without ports, has a number of revolutionary features that may give a glimpse of the future of smartphones.

The phone comes with a full-screen screen, all fingerprint sensitive. Users can unlock the phone by placing a finger on a place in the screen, where the pixels will illuminate where the finger is positioned.

The APEX 2019 features a full-screen display that supports the fingerprint sensor, which means that users can unlock the phone by placing a finger anywhere on the screen, as the pixels illuminate where the finger is positioned.

Vivo does not seem to want the user to place anything inside the phone. Besides the ports, there is no original SIM port, so the eSIM chipset should be used. The phone also does not come with any slots for the speaker, and instead, depends on the Vibrating Audio Transfer technology.

The Vivo, a curved glass design, is the first phone from the Chinese company to support 5G VGN networks thanks to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X50 modem. Internally, the phone features the latest generation of Qualcomm processors, the Snapdragon 855, RAM 12 GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

On the back of the Apex 2019, Vivo developed a 13 megapixel and 12-megapixel dual-frame rear camera. Unlike last year’s phone, the new phone lacks a front camera, either on the screen or fixed on a Vivo NEX phone.

Vivo did not disclose the details of the phone screen but said the screen was able to produce the sound to function instead of the loudspeaker removed from the interface, but there is a small hole in the lower edge of the device appears to be the microphone.

The phone’s battery capacity is 2000 mAh, supporting 18-watt express charging.
