PTA has extended mobile registration period due to Corona Virus

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has extended the mobile registration period by another 30 days due to the Corona Virus (COVID 19).

A statement from the PTA states that all GSMA-approved IMEIs currently on mobile networks to ensure a reduction in the context of the Coronavirus and to reduce social intercourse are currently PTA’s Not yet registered, 30 more days have been given for registration of such IEEE.
